"I bought my GTX-Di (which was a trade in from a Powersports customer) about 5 years ago and have always recieved great service and personal contact. The Most happened this past summer when I had some major problems happening with my ski after 5 great summers. The whole staff stayed positive during my frustration to pinpoint and fix each of the malfunctions and really try to understand what was going on technically. The payoff came this past weekend as I rode that ski as fast as I could for about 40 minutes until my fingers were froze through my Insulated Sno-ski gloves. I have confidence in what they can fix, they were extremely fair on pricing, and they genuinely wanted to send me off with a smile.

"we all need to give credit when credit is do. Chris at cleveland power sports was more interested in my family needs than selling a jet ski. he is an asset to your sales staff and did more to make us feel comfortable about our purchase. he was very safety consious and even took the time to explain the ski to my 7 year old son. i will be buying again from him and do highly reccomend this facility to anyone interested in a ski, boat, or atv.

"My Seadoo GTX is still in the crate, waiting for the season to start. As I paid cash, and have not picked the ski up as of yet, I am not in a position to rate every catagory. However, my sales associate was Chris and he went way above and beyond in every aspect of the sale. He took the time to explain the pros and cons of the different makes and models, until I was comfortable with my choice. I made several trips into the dealership and I never felt as though he was trying "to close the deal". Chris also gave me a lot of information that helped in my selection of Marine radio, GPS, mounts, bumpers and insurance. I never had a sale associate call to give me sale prices that he had found for accessory items that the dealership does not carry. This has been, without a doubt, the best customer service experience that I have ever had."

"If our season of boating is half as good as the experience we had picking out and purchasing our new Yamaha VX110 Deluxe, then we are excited! Dave and Kathy Campogni are a class act. They answered all of our questions, we never felt pressured or uneasy at any time. I just wanted to take a minute to thank all of you at Power Sports of Cleveland. You saved my summer boating season. As you know I had a bad day on the lake when a PWC collided into the side of my Sea Doo Jet Boat. This resulted in a total loss of my boat. All of your staff helped so much to get me back on the water within weeks. the assistance you gave me in dealng with my insurance company went far beyond my expectation. And thanks to your great selection you had several new boats for me to choose from. I love my Yamaha SR230. Your prices were unbeatable by any of your competitors.
